Service Warranty

Acmetronics Group does Siemens, Mitsubishi and Fanuc repair services in Malaysia and it guarantees all repaired/refurbished components that are sent to us with THREE (3) months service warranty; that covers ONLY services provided (workmanship) and components/ items that associates with the initial repairs. Any failure that happens within the service warranty period, will be followed by an immediate service with no cost.

Warranty will also be covered if repaired/refurbished items are assembled with inaccurate parts or fault of workmanship during the initial repairs on the items. Faulty components used on initial repairs MUST BE RETURNED to Acmetronics Sdn Bhd in order to claim for warranty services.

IMPORANT : Warranty is voided if repaired/refurbished component has been tampered, mishandled, abused or caused by failure from other mechanical systems/parts.
